Yoga Classes with Ananga Mohini devi dasi (Omi Gautama)
Rejuvenate, harmonise and balance body, mind and soul with the practice of yoga.
Each class includes the practice of hatha yoga with asanas (physical postures) to release tension and stress, pranayama (breathing exercises) to unblock energy channels and calm the mind and yoga nidra (deep relaxation) to feel recharged and revitalised.
Classes also include the practice of bhakti yoga with the chanting of transcendental mantras. These sound vibrations clear away negative emotions from our heart. Scared sounds help us to connect to our spiritual self so we can experience the joyful nature we hold within.
About the teacher:
Ananga Mohini devi dasi is a qualified hatha yoga teacher, accredited with the Yoga Alliance. Having practiced yoga for 8 years she is keen to share the benefits with others. With a transformed heart and mind she is inspired to help others on their journey to inner peace.

Please note the following guidelines:
- Classes are for adults of all yoga levels
- Bring your own yoga mat if you have one or one will be provided
- Wear loose, comfortable and modest clothing
- Avoid eating at least 2 hours before class
