Getting to the Janmashtami Festival

Bhaktivedanta Manor’s famous Janmashtami festival will take place on Friday 23rd and Sunday 25th August this year.

We are expecting many pilgrims and guests over these two days. In order to manage the traffic flow and also to cause at least disruption as possible to the local area, please note the following:

The only vehicular festival entrance is via the A41 and then onto Sandy Lane (see image below). 

The best sat nav postcode for that is WD25 8HE. 

However, even if your sat nav tells you otherwise, DO NOT attempt to access the festival through any of the local villages.

NB: Hilfield Lane, Primrose Lane, Aldenham Road and Common Lane will be blocked for festival traffic, so do not attempt to go that way.
