Diwali at the Palace
SUNDAY 13TH NOVEMBER – A Diwali-themed evening came to Watford town centre and the Watford Palace Theatre on Sunday night.
Local members of the community led a procession from Watford Town Hall to the theatre, where the Bhaktivedanta Players put on a sell-out performance of the “Epic Ramayana.” A free vegetarian prasadam feast was served afterwards.
Among those in attendance were MP for Watford Richard Harrington, Watford Mayor Dorothy Thornhill, and Mayor of Harrow Cllr Mrinal Choudhury.
