Rejuvenate, harmonise and balance body, mind and soul with the practice of yoga.

Each class includes the practice of with asanas (physical postures) to release tension and stress, pranayama (breathing exercises) to focus and calm the mind and yoga nidra (deep relaxation) to feel recharged and revitalised.

Classes also include chanting of transcendental mantras. These sacred sound vibrations clear away negative emotions from our heart and help us connect to our real spiritual self. There by experiencing the joyful nature we hold within.

Date: Every Thursday starting 15th January 2015
Time: 6.45pm to 8.00pm (please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early)
Venue: Bhaktivedanta Manor, Hilfield Lane, Aldenham, Herts WD25 8DT
Fee: £10 drop in or £50 for 6 classes to be used within 3 months

Please note the following guidelines:

  • Classes are for adults of all yoga levels
  • Bring your own yoga mat if you have one or one will be provided
  • Wear loose, comfortable and modest clothing
  • Avoid eating at least 2 hours before class

About the teacher:
Ananga Mohini devi dasi is a qualified hatha yoga teacher, accredited with the Yoga Alliance. Having practiced yoga for 8 years she is keen to share the benefits with others. With a transformed heart and mind she is inspired to help others on their journey to inner peace.
