with His Grace Bhuta Bhavana das

How much are you taking advantage of the opportunities provided by Srila Prabhupada to transform your character and develop spiritual strength? Are you interested in excelling in your spiritual life and also experiencing these benefits in your external endeavours? Do you want to know the secret of how to strengthen, purify and focus the mind and intelligence?

Undoubtedly, the greatest underused resources for human kind are the Vedic teachings. They have been distilled and delivered by great spiritual teachers and leaders throughout history. Srila Prabhupada is one of the most outstanding of these teachers. But how much do we understand his contribution and avail of it?

In this seminar, you will learn:
– Various techniques that will allow you to transform your character, thinking and entire destiny for the better
– How transcendental wisdom can fundamentally change the nature of your mind and how it functions
– How to empower others with deeply positive and constructive thinking
– To destroy the lower modes of passion and ignorance that cause the mind to act in a sub-optimal way
– To develop a deeper connection with the Supersoul and the ability to more easily perceive the internal guidance and discrimination coming from Krsna
– To empower your spiritual life through the regular association of innumerable powerful great devotees by the regular reading of spiritual literature
– Why so many people are not getting the most out of Srila Prabhupada’s books; because they have not been taught the actual science of sacred reading

By the end of this seminar, you will:

  • Understand the 3 Ayurvedic body types and their differences
  • Know what types of foods work for your body type
  • Know what types of exercise work optimally for your body type
  • Understand how regulation helps keep the body and mind in a healthy state
