Peacefulness, self-control, austerity, purity, tolerance, honesty, knowledge, wisdom and religiousness – these are the natural qualities by which the brāhmaṇas work (Bhagavad-gita 18.42)

Srila Prabhupada explained that he wanted a society of brahmanas. First class men and women exhibiting exemplary Vaisnava character. But what does this mean practically, and how can one move forward in developing these qualities in a practical way?

This is a new course for those who are preparing to take second initiation and for those who already have. It has been prepared due to frequent enquiries from many devotees on all subjects related to second initiation.

The course is in two parts – part one explains the value of second initiation and what to do to prepare for it; its function and some procedures related to the daily chanting and worship. Part two explains the meaning of the mantras. If you have not yet received second initiation then part one is for you. If you have already been second initiated then both parts are for you.
